The Design Process: With a detailed study of the project and according to the type of building and space; we offer advice on spatial layouts and prepare preliminary designs to optimise and improve the circulation of the space according to the clients’ requirements; we present our recommendations for suitable colour schemes and the choice of fabrics fittings and furniture according to the given brief.

3. Focus on Practicality and Comfort: My designs prioritize practicality and comfort. I want the spaces I design to be not only visually stunning but also highly functional and comfortable for those who live or work in them.

4. Full Visualization: I provide a comprehensive package to ensure clients can vividly imagine the end product. This includes regular meetings throughout the design development and construction stages. By maintaining open and transparent communication, we work together to bring the vision to life.

Project Management is a big part of what I do. I undertake the task of being the client’s representative on a project, liaising and coordinating the design and construction teams to ensure the highest standards are met and the client’s interests protected. The client can rest assured that they have a single point of contact to oversee the project from concept to completion.

In addition to interior design, I have a background in Property Development and work to the client’s budget and scope. I leverage my market research and knowledge to advise clients and source some wonderful properties that have been transformed into excellent rental projects, ensuring that their investments are well-informed and strategic and the desired yield is achieved. Furthermore, I look after the rented property to ensure that the tenants are happy and to ensure that the valuable asset is looked after very well.
