I have clients throughout Europe and the Middle East who ask me to revitalise their homes abroad. This project in Spain was epic in scope. Years of neglect meant the property was in an awful state. My client wanted something that would reflect the beautiful Spanish landscape with the olive orchards, the beautiful blue skies, and the golden sunsets. Colours became very important.
Before the flair, we had a big job in rewiring and re-plumbing the entire property. Knocking walls down to create space. Ridding the house of dampness. Making it healthy again.
12 months later, we had built a wonderful home that my clients were absolutely delighted with. Not only was it beautifully presented, but the structural issues had been fixed. This home, they knew, would last.
